Lesson and Topic Names
	Lesson and Topic Name Display: displays the names of the current lesson and topic. This appears in the upper portion of the topic screen.

Navigation and Other Buttons
	Main Menu: displays the topics and subtopics within the lesson.
	Previous button: goes to the previous screen in the topic. (Internet Explorer keyboard shortcut: "ALT + p, ENTER". Firefox keyboard shortcut: "ALT + SHIFT + p, ENTER".) Next button: goes to the next screen in the topic. (Internet Explorer keyboard shortcut: "ALT + n, ENTER". Firefox keyboard shortcut: "ALT + SHIFT + n, ENTER".)
	Print button: opens up the print dialog box to print the current screen. (Internet Explorer keyboard shortcut: "ALT + t, ENTER". Firefox keyboard shortcut: "ALT + SHIFT + t".)
	Help button: displays help information about the topic. (Internet Explorer keyboard shortcut: "ALT + h, ENTER". Firefox keyboard shortcut: "ALT + SHIFT + h".)
	Glossary button: displays a list of terms and their definitions (Internet Explorer keyboard shortcut: "ALT + g, ENTER". Firefox keyboard shortcut: "ALT + g".)
	References button: displays a list of reference items and terms. (Internet Explorer keyboard shortcut: "ALT + r, ENTER". Firefox keyboard shortcut: "ALT + r".)
	Exit button: closes the current lesson. (Internet Explorer keyboard shortcut: "ALT + x, ENTER". Firefox keyboard shortcut: "ALT + x".)
