Intake/Interview & Quality Review Sheet

Taxpayers in the military may have unique filing concerns. The intake and interview sheet does not list military situations; you must ask the taxpayer probing questions that identify unusual situations such as serving in a combat zone. Some members of the Armed Forces may qualify for a deadline extension.

To complete the Refund and Amount You Owe sections of the return, first confirm the taxpayer's answers provided on the intake and interview sheet, regarding direct deposit or direct debit.
